In order to quit sugar you do not have to completely change your life with regards to what, how and when you eat. Sudden dramatic changes can often lead to cyclical binging that results in many ‘ups and downs’ and ultimately and vicious cycle of failure.

You do not have to rush out and spend a lot of money on so-called super-foods or start some new diet where you are force-feeding yourself with foods you simply do not enjoy.

Starting your journey to quitting sugar starts with ’empowering’ yourself with the knowledge on what foods and drinks you consume are full of sugar, which foods are better replacements, how to read nutrition labels and identifying the processed food you eat that need to be replaced with fresh food.
