I am so excited to let you know that my pregnancy workout app is now available. I recently launched my ‘All-in-one’ pregnancy and postpartum fitness website at PregActive.com and this prenatal fitness APP is just another great benefit for our mamas.

Being pregnant means there will be a ton of changes to your body throughout every week of the nine months. And although there will be times when you don’t feel you have the energy for working out, there are tremendous benefits for both you and your growing baby.
