Our classes consist of only women with one common goal of improving their health and well-being for both themselves and their baby in a supportive atmosphere.
Our pregnancy exercise classes are designed to provide you with safe and effective exercises that are appropriate for each trimester.
Our postnatal classes provide you with the required exercises to help you recover post-birth. These classes include diastasis recti exercises and are ideal for all new mothers wanting to re-gain their body confidence!
