Postpartum Core Strength Video You Can Do at Home

Without core strength, what good is anything else. Who wants toned arms and legs if you are unhappy with your bloated belly?

It’s the foundation of our PregActive Method. Activate your core right FIRST and then everything else comes next.

This is me in my baby boy’s room at three weeks postnatal. That’s right, I said three weeks and I was doing core exercises. Don’t even get me started on the ‘do nothing for the first six weeks’ topic. Your pelvic floor needs attention straight away dear girl. Yes it does!

Rest is a massive part of the postnatal period, but so is gentle core activations like this.

First engage your pelvic floor, and then like you have a scarf wrapped around your torso, gently engage your deep abdominals.

This is just the beginning of what we have on offer in our PregActive for Pregnancy program. Head over and claim your free 7 day trial to see it all!
