Mums and Bubs Class Description
These Mums and Bubs exercise classes focus on strengthening your body without putting too much pressure on your body. These classes are perfect for women to wanting to get right back into their fitness routine post pregnancy.
We have props available such as chairs, mats, pillows and bands to assist you at any stage of the class you require them. These classes also help to relax the mind and body and reduce stress.
