Glute Stretch when Pregnant

Hereโ€™s why you need this ๐‘ฎ๐’๐’–๐’•๐’† ๐’”๐’•๐’“๐’†๐’•๐’„๐’‰ in your life. If you want to reduce back ache, youโ€™ve got to look after your glutes.

Deactivated glutes can mean all the load when you lift, push, pull or carry can go straight to your back, and trust me, no one wants that.

And sitting for long periods of time can certainly contribute to deactivating those butt muscles of yours.

So what can you do? My beautiful lady.. if you are pregnant or a new mother I canโ€™t stress how important the next line is for you..

Glute stretches and glute strengthening every single day.

Hereโ€™s how:

โžณ S t r e t c h – pigeon pose like Iโ€™m doing in this video. Oh it feels good. But I get itโ€™s not for everyone, thatโ€™s why Iโ€™ve got more options..

1. Seated on a chair with figure four legs

2. Seated on the ground with figure four legs

3. butt dance

4. Bridges

5. Clams

6. Squats (if you do them properly!)

So, if nothing else today, get your glute stretch in. Your back and your butt will thank you for it!
